Are you looking for a great LOW FAT / LOW CALORIE dip for your veggies this summer?
YUMMY IN MY TUMMY DIP
1 container of fat free sour cream
1-2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of fresh parmasan cheese
1 packet of hidden valley ranch dressing mix
Crush the Garlic and mix it into the sour cream, add the parmasan cheese and the ranch dressing mix. Mix thoroughly and let sit in fridge overnight.
Serve with freshly cut veggies (cukes, carrots, celery, broccoli, peppers, etc)
Tip of the WEEK
WRITE IT DOWN this week.
That means write everything down. Write down what you are eating. Write down all of your exercise hours. Write down how you are feeling.
At the end of the week, analyze when you are feeling best and where your pitfalls may be.
