HOT MAMA'S just wanna have fun!

We had a great time getting all of our local Hot Mama groups together for a night of fun, celebration and healthy tips!

Here are some of our member's goals....
My goal is to take one day at a time and keep being successful with fitness and weight loss!
My goal is to be fit at 50 years old!  That means 9 months to get thin and strong.  Twenty more pounds!
I would like to be mentally ready to motivate myself to get to my goal which is 135 pounds.  Right now I am 185 or so.
I would like to lose enough weight to be under 300 pounds, and not longer be the youngest and heaviest member of the group!
My goal is to lose enough weight so I no longer have to take blood pressure meds.
I want to wear those sexy mini skirts that my honey loves again!  Maybe a weight goal of 135-140.  I also want to participate in one of the runs without dying!  I am up to being able to job for 6 minutes!
My goal is to lose weight.  Get Healthy & Maintain!
My goal is to be as HAWT as Laurel!
I would like to weigh 140-135 and feel great about myself!
I want to reach my goal by the end of this session!
My final goal is to lose a total of 50 pounds, that is only 30 more to go.  I also want to always make healthy eating choices!
25 pounds for now then reach my total goal of 65 pounds and feel like a HOT MAMA for my honey!
I how to reach my goal of 130 while I am in Florida this winter!
I would like to weigh 135 pounds and feel good in my skin!
My goal is to reach 160 pounds by December and hit my goal weight by the Spring (150's)!
170 pounds by the end of September!
